TERMS FOR PUBLIC COURSES
Payment Policy
The course tuition fee includes instruction; course materials (unless explicitly specified); Certificate of Completion; the use of Software, Computers, other Technical Hardware as appropriate to the course and Quest Learnings internal examinations.
In the case of a Multi-Course Program, 50% fee for the Multi-Course Program purchase is due on or start date of the course and the balance 50% is due on the completion of 50% after the start date of the first course attended under that Multi-Course Program purchase.
The course tuition fee does not include lodging and boarding, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred by the customer.
Course fees must be paid in advance of the course start date with a Visa/ Master/ American Express Credit Card payment, PayPal or Debit card or Cheque/ Draft or an approved company purchase order. Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. For credit card users, charges will be in Canadian currency and will be converted by your credit card company; Quest Learnings is not responsible for fluctuations due to exchange rates.
Applicable Taxes
The course fee indicated on this web site includes taxes, Quest Learnings reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms and conditions to make changes to any of our products or programs described on this web site or to change a course location or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability. Quest Learnings's sole liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the course and Quest Learnings shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever. Quest Learnings will endeavour to give enrolees as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrolment.
Classroom and virtual classroom cancellations
Quest Learnings will confirm all cancellations or rescheduling requests by e-mail. If the customer does not receive a confirmation of cancellation within three (3) business days of the request, the customer should contact us to reconfirm. Financial responsibility remains with the customer for all class fees unless a proper cancellationrequest is received and confirmed by Quest Learnings prior to the start of the class.

Classroom Learning Registration Information
Course Locations
For Classroom Learning courses, the courses are offered in Greater Toronto Area at our Toronto and Mississauga centers in Ontario, Canada.
Certification Fee
Certification Fee is excluded.
Parking Expense
Parking is free for the entire day on weekends at both the centres. Parking expenses that you may incur, if any, are not included.
Course Schedule
Standard Classroom Learning courses begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by 5:00 p.m. each day on weekdays, EST. On weekends, classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by 3:00 p.m. and some of the courses begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude by 6:00 p.m. However, please note Boot Camps may have extended hours. Please contact us for more details.
Attendance policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training class, please contact 1-877-711-QLNA (7562). We require 14 business days notice to reschedule or cancel any registration. Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification, it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no reschedule will be allowed.
However, within the required notification period, only student substitutions will be permitted. Reschedules are permitted at anytime with 14 or more working days notice. Enrolments must be rescheduled within six months of the cancelled date or funds on account will be forfeited.

Flexible Transfer/Cancellation/Rescheduling by participant
Our flexible transfer/cancellation policy lets our customers enroll early with confidence. We do not impose any penalty for cancellations of enrollments or transfers to another course. Notice of transfer cancellation/ rescheduling must be received on or before the seventh (7th) business day prior to class start date.
A student can reschedule a class up to two times. Additional reschedules will not be allowed. If a student does not attend a scheduled session, there will be no refund or reschedule given. Payment is forfeited.
If a customer transfers to another course, 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees will be applied toward the course tuition fees for the subsequent course.
If the customer needs to cancel an enrollment, we will issue a credit or, upon request, refund 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees for that enrollment. The aforementioned unused credits expire 12 months after their date of issuance.
Multi-Course Programs cannot be used after their expiration dates, and a course cancellation or transfer will not extend a Multi-Course Program expiration date. No refund is offered once student starts a training program.
Substitutions Permitted
We welcome the enrollment of a qualified substitute in an enrollee’s place provided the customer notifies us in writing via email to support@questlearnings.com before the first day of the course. 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees will be credited against the course tuition fee of the substitute. However, the substitute may not take advantage of any discount program for which he or she is not otherwise qualified.
No Shows
Quest Learnings reserves the right to charge for failure to provide written or telephone notification to Quest Learnings of an enrollment cancellation or transfer before the start date of the course. The full regular course tuition or a $500 administrative fee for a Multi-Course Program attendance, together with any related taxes, is due and payable within seven days after the start date of the course.
Boot Camp Attendance Policy
The Boot Camp Attendance Policy is the same as listed above.

Referral Policy
Applicable to students, employees, alumni and external candidates.
To be eligible for referral fee, the referrer should ensure that the person whom you refer to Quest Learnings, is a new lead and should not exist in our database. The referrer must obtain the client id (a unique no. generated by our CRM system once the lead is entered) of the referred person from the staff of Quest Learnings.
Referral fee is paid to the referrer once 50% of the fee is paid by the referred candidate. In case of payment default of the referred candidate, Quest Learnings has the right to withhold the referral fee payment to the referrer till 50% fee is cleared by the referred candidate.

TERMS FOR ON-SITE COURSES
The course tuition fee, together with any related taxes, for on-site courses is due and payable within 30 days of the onsite course invoice date.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not impose any penalty if the customer notifies us in writing of the need to cancel or reschedule an on-site course at least four weeks before the scheduled start date of the course. Any on-site course cancelled or rescheduled by our customer less than twenty one (21) business days before the scheduled start of the course is subject to a cancellation/ rescheduling fee of 25% of the base course fee.
If cancellation or reschedule occurs within seven (7) business days of the start date, Customer will be charged 50% of the base course Fee.
Any such fee charged will not be applied to the price of any rescheduled courses beyond twenty one (21) business days of the scheduled start date.
For ITIL Classes: ITIL exams must be ordered prior to any on-site delivery. Exam orders require 30-days notice. If Customer cancels the ITIL class within 14 business days of the scheduled start date, Students must pay for any exams ordered and the Proctor(s) fees in addition to any other fee described above.
Any such fee charged will not be applied to the price of any rescheduled courses beyond twenty one (21) business days of the scheduled start date.

TERMS FOR ALL COURSES
Security
The customer agrees that all course participants will abide by security measures in effect at the course location.
Course Postponements
At times, we must change a course location, course date, or postpone a course. We will try to give the customer as much advance notice as possible of any such change. If the customer is unable to attend a course at the revised location or date, we will credit 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees paid against a future course or, if requested, refund those fees. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages even if we were advised of them.
Changes in course locations, course dates, or postponement of courses will not extend a Multi-Course Program expiration date.
Copyright/Intellectual Property
All copyrights, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course materials provided or made available in connection with our courses remain the sole property of Quest Learnings North America, Inc. No part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without the prior written permission of Quest Learnings.
GENERAL
These terms and conditions set out above represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations. Our brochures and advertisements are for information purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between Quest Learnings and the recipient. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and changes will apply to any enrollment/course order received after the date of the change. These terms and conditions may not be varied except in a written agreement signed by an officer of Quest Learnings. Quest Learnings’s acceptance of a purchase order containing different terms and conditions does not modify or supersede these terms and conditions. This agreement will be governed by Ontario law, without regard to any conflicts of law.

Your Guarantee Of Satisfaction
Our Guarantee of Quality lets you experience the value of the course, we let you repeat your course in the subsequent batches in the following 6 months if you feel the course was not well worth the tuition and let the support team know in written about your concerns on the quality issues during the course of your training.
Quest Learnings limits the provision of its educational services to employees of corporations, partnerships, and government organizations who are sponsored by their respective organizations. This agreement is between Quest Learnings and the employer.
