This training is designed to start with a basic overview of the module and end with an advanced knowledge of configuration and testing in HR. Attendees will get certification oriented course material and homework assignment to simulate real life projects.
 
SAP HR or HCM enables companies to effectively manage information about employees. It is integrated with other SAP modules and external systems. From an organization management perspective, companies can model business hierarchy, relationships of employees to various business units and the reporting structure amongst employees.
 
The Personnel Administration (PA) sub module helps employers track employee master data, work schedules, salary, training and benefits information. The Personnel Development (PD) functionality focuses on employees' skills, qualifications and career plans. Finally, Time Evaluation and Payroll sub modules process attendance and absences, gross salary and tax calculations and payments to employees and third party vendors.


Schedule: Online and in-class sessions are held on weekends (unless specified), one day a week. Each session is 5 hours long. e.g. if your class is scheduled on a Saturday @ 9:00 am EST, your classes will be held every Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm EST. In the SAP HR course, you will learn how to configure master data effectively -- so you can rely on consistent, predictable access to records. Plus, you will learn how to manage payroll, recruit and retain key employees, define roles and access rights and leverage analytics and reporting tools.


You will also learn how to customize the training, time management and appraisal templates, which will help you customize the SAP landscape based on client requirements.
