Job Description
Enroll prospective students for Quest Learnings Certification and Career programs from leads that are provided. Provide information on available programs and eligibility requirements; provide assistance to students completing admission applications; and review applications and related documentation for compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Primary Duties
Admissions Administration
Maintain a conversion rate on all types of inquiries from lead to interview, interview to application and application of enrollment as determined by Admissions Management and Company directives.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual starts, quotas and objectives.
Admissions Representatives should focus on the self-generation of referrals as a significant component of start business.
Achieve a minimum sit rate number during each quarter as determined and set by Admissions Management.
Follow up on leads and delivers information to prospective students in a timely manner.
Receive inquiry calls from all potential students interested in knowing or receiving information about the programs, including entrance requirements, curricula and academic standards.
Comply with governmental regulations and standards of accreditation as they relate to enrolling students
Assess suitability in accordance with Quest Learnings’s sales approach and standards.
Follow policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to enrollment and registration.
Identify potential problems, which may interfere with or be a barrier to a student's successful entrance into or completion of a program.
Administration
Maintain up-to-date leads program and advertising/ statistical records as required by location.
Support all sales and marketing activities including information sessions, telemarketing, trade shows and direct mail campaigns.
Ensures complete and timely information is entered into CRM on a regular basis.
Responsible for the timely completion of monthly & weekly reports.
Follow up on students' satisfaction and the timely completion of the students' program(s) of study.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with students and provide ongoing assistance.
Assure that the students' files are complete and follow-up when not.
Performs all duties inherent in an Admissions Representative role.
May be assigned other duties and special projects as required.
Functional Knowledge and Business Expertise
Educational requirements
High School graduation diploma plus a combination of relevant experience
Technical skills/Software knowledge
Proficient computer skills specifically Microsoft Office

One or more years of sales or customer service experience; marketing & sales strategies

As an integral member of the Quest Learnings team, the coordinates the delivery of Quest Learnings’s training programs and facilitates students' successful and timely academic completion.
Key Responsibilities and Primary Duties
Course Delivery:
Coordinate the delivery of training programs in accordance with Quest Learnings curriculum standards with the faculty of specialization and in accordance with the stated philosophy and objectives of the company.
Develops strategies to deliver Quest Learnings curriculum to best achieve students' success.
Develops and maintains effective communication channels with students to ensure students are fully supported.
Administrative tasks as required; marking, attendance, student evaluations; progress tracking reports.
Monitors quality and effectiveness of programs and teaching techniques
Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning by remaining current in field of expertise and company operations, policies, procedures and curriculum.
Requirements:
Certification as required by specific program.
A demonstrated team player with the ability to lead.
Able to see the big picture; prioritize the needs of students, and centre team.
